A Blue-eyed Anole (Anolis woodi) showing off in Monteverde Reserve Surprisingly, this single anole was the only lizard I saw in a guided group hike in Monteverde Reserve. It was perched in a clearing and displaying its dewlap. Unfortunately its blue eyes are not visible in the picture due to the angle of the light.
