Cistanche mimii I am so happy to report a new species found in Israel, described by Dar Ben-Natan & Dr. Chris Thorogood, and named after a wonderful woman, who taught us all botanics - Mimi Ron.

Previously identified as Cistanche fissa, Ben-Natan & Thorogood checked the DNA and discovered that this is a new species, and named it after Mimi Ron. Cistanche mimii,Geotagged,Israel,Winter
