Paragehyra felicitae

"Paragehyra felicitae" is a species of lizard in the family Gekkonidae. The species is endemic to Madagascar.
Anja Half-padded Gecko (Paragehyra felicitae) on some matching granite I was last in Madagascar in 2007, and I visited Anja Reserve at that time, but only during the day. In the meantime this gecko was described in 2014, and on a return visit to Anja Reserve I really wanted to find one. We found this one within ten minutes of reaching the granite outcroppings that are the heart of this reserve, and then at least half a dozen more after that. Naming

The specific name, "felicitae", is in honor of "Dr. Felicity O'Malley".
