Black-spotted Kangaroo Lizard
Otocryptis nigristigma
The Black-spotted Kangaroo Lizard or Black-patched Kangaroo Lizard, Otocryptis nigristigma, is a smallish, ground-dwelling agamid lizard endemic to Sri Lanka. When disturbed, they sometimes run, sometimes hop propelled by their very long back legs, thus earning the name "kangaroo lizard".
