Wild Edible Plants
Wild plants that are not cultivated but can be safely eaten. I'm not including plants that can be confused with similar but poisonous look-alikes such as Sium suave (safe) and Spotted Water Hemlock (deadly). Also, the less preparation the better. The photos and information provided on this list are not enough to positively identify these plants as being edible. Do not eat any plants unless you are 100% sure of their ID and necessary preparation techniques to ensure safety. Consult an expert to confirm IDs you are not sure of before consuming wild edibles. When in doubt, throw it out
