    i have a new picture of a caterpillar from Papua New Guinea, a friend has sending the picture to me.
    Somebody nows the name? is it a caterpillar of a butterfly?

      Hi Markus,
      It is probably a moth caterpillar but they are not easy to identify. There is a nice website about Papua insects. You can try to contact Rob de Vos and see if he can help.

    Please describe your photo a little bit more by changing the title to something more meaningful and setting the country from the orange icons. We have very few photos from Papua New Guinea so any addition is most welcome.
