    Fantastic images Christine. How wonderful, but you've only ever seen 2 with all your time out in nature? Well, how lucky and grateful am I then, to have seen the two during my visits to PA/NJ?       Thanks Ruth! It's so funny because they are fairly common and most moth-ers see them somewhat regularly around here. The first one I saw was about 20 years ago when I was in grad school...and I didn't get a photo because it was up too high, fluttering around a flood light. You are lucky that you saw two while visiting the US! I think that PA is a great moth-ing state (from what I hear, at least). Posted 4 years ago
