Praying Mantis Egg Case (Ootheca), Parasitized by Podagrion sp. Wasps I was given a praying mantis ootheca and told that it was not viable.       Thanks! I was so traumatized though. All the baby mantises and wasps died in that little jar. I would have tried to rear them if I had known. Well, actually, I never would have accepted the ootheca if I had known it was viable. Posted 4 years ago
