Cimbex connatus - Spinning a cocoon After finding the larva on Elm, taking it home to identify it (I didn&#039;t know of any Cimbex living on Elm) and finding that I should offer it Alnus for further feeding, it pretty much went ahead and started spinning a cocoon in the Alnus leafs the next day.<br />

Cimbex connatus - Spinning a cocoon
