The Vinaceous-breasted Amazon, ''Amazona vinacea'', is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is found in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and plantations. It is threatened by habitat loss.

Appearance

The Vinaceous-breasted Amazon is colourful parrot 30 cm long. It is mostly green, with a red forehead, bluish nape, and a vinous-maroon breast.
