Appearance

Leaves denticulate; radical leaves elliptic-oblong or obovate, petiolate; Peduncles 1-flowered, long, iliform. Calyx not appendiculate, hairy; lobes triangular-lanceolate, acute, varying in length. Corolla light violet, 10-14 mm, tubular-campanulate, puberulent, twice as long as calyx. Capsule erect, obovoid, 4 mm. F1owers May-June.
