Crown Medick

''Medicago coronata'' or crown medick is a plant species of the genus ''Medicago''. It is found throughout the Mediterranean basin. It forms a symbiotic relationship with the bacterium ''Sinorhizobium meliloti'', which is capable of nitrogen fixation.
