Appearance

Miniature to small sized, epiphyte with numerous thin, freely branching stems, carrying small, acutely angled, narrowly oblong, apiculate leaves that blooms in the fall on a terminal, rarely lateral, short, 3 to 4 flowered inflorescence with ovate, acuminate floral bracts.
Flower Size .65" [1.7 cm].

Distribution

Found in Malaysia, Borneo, Java and Sumatra.

Habitat

Found in damp hills, oak/laurel and lower montane forests at elevations of 700 to 1950 m. Occuring in deep shade.
