''Diacme adipaloides'', the darker diacme moth, is a moth in the family Crambidae. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Brunswick, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Nova Scotia, Ohio, Oklahoma, Ontario, Quebec, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
Dark Diacme - Diacme adipaloides WS: ~15 mm. FW is grayish brown with irregular pale orange bands. HW is paler yellow with a wide brown border.

Appearance

The wingspan is about 18 mm. Adults resemble ''Diacme elealis'', but the forewings are darker and grayish brown with irregular pale orange bands. The hindwings are paler yellow with a wide brown border. Adults have been recorded year round.

Naming

It was described by Augustus Radcliffe Grote and Coleman Townsend Robinson in 1867.
