Appearance

The head of the adult is yellow-brown or olive-brown. The second and other segments are dark brown with a black band and light yellow border, forming a narrow stripe.

Distribution

Endemic to the forests of Southern, coastal India.

Behavior

Their activity peaks from July to October.

They usually lay eggs in arecanut palm basins during the monsoon period.
