Mini-miniature sized, warm to cold growing epiphyte with a very slender, suberect ramicaul enveloped by 8 to 10 tight fitting, minutely ciliate lepanthiform sheaths carrying a single, apical, suberect, coriaceous, purple striped, very narrowly ovate, acute, the sides more or less decurved, cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall and winter on a filiform, congested, to .28 to .32" [7 to 8 mm] long including the .16 to .2” [4 to 5 mm] long peduncle, successively few flowered inflorescence arising on the top of the leaf with minutely ciliate floral bracts.References:
