Micromus lanosus
Micromus lanosus
Micromus lanosus (Zeleny, 1962) is a Palearctic species of the genus Micromus in the family Hemerobiidae ("Brown Lacewings). The species wasn't described until 1962, from Czechoslovakia but has been found in many other European countries and even in Turkey since. It is considered the rarest of its congeners in mainland Europe, and generally seems to occur only in low population densities over its fairly wide range (as it is known currently).
