Kalocorinnis wegneri is a species of Stick Insect/Phasmid from the family of Prisopodidae.
Ootheca This are Ootheca of Phasmid of the species Kalocorinnis wegneri.
Usually, Phasmids lays their eggs by dropping them, burying them in soils/substrate, pinning them to leaf/branches or gluing them to leaf/branches but Phasmids from the tribe Korinnini seems to have evolved to lay their eggs in a cluster in the form of Ootheca, similar to Ootheca of Praying Mantis.

The laying of Ootheca by Phasmid was first documented by a Group of Taxanomists conducting an expedition in Vietnam, where they chance upon a Phasmid (likely new to science) in the final moments of laying her Ootheca.  Check out their video here :
