Distribution

This species is widespread in western and peninsular Thailand, south to Phang Nga province. It is also found in southern Myanmar (Hamalainen 1985; Hamalainen and Pinratana 1999).

This species occurs in lowland forest streams, including disturbed forest, and can be found all year round.
