Amazonian antshrike, Inírida, Colombia Shot against the light, so I had to pull the shadows to make it somewhat visible. Fun fact: the family of ant birds is named after behavior seem in some of the species where they actively follow ant colonies as the ants leave their nest to go on a killing spree, the bird picking up some of the spoils of war. Some antshrikes are elusive and hard to find, hence ants are a helpful tool in trying to find them. Amazonian antshrike,Colombia,Guainía,Inírida,South America,Thamnophilus amazonicus,World
