Appearance

Both sex wingless. Antennae orange brown with most joints dark. Posterior margin of pronotum and all abdominal segments with spines or lobes. In female mesonotal spine is only twice height of pronotal spine. Postero-median tubercles or lobes on 1st - 7th abdominal segments.

This species is named after the location where it was discovered - Mt. Kinabalu.

Distribution

This species is found from Mt. Kinabalu of high altitude montane forest.
Endemic to probably Mt. Kinabalu or the most, Sabah, Borneo.
