Appearance

This species is mostly brown in colour with possible patches of dark grey and black.
They have numerous spines on the head, thorax and abdomen.
Key feature of species under the genus Tisamenus is a 'triangular' shaped appendage on top of its Mesothorax.

Length of male : 45 - 50 mm
Length of female : 55 - 65 mm

Distribution

Found in Luzon Island, this species is endemic to the Philippines.
