
Appearance
There are many, MANY, species of iridescent green Jewel Bugs with black spots in the same regions where Chrysocoris stollii is found and even in various different genera such as Calliphara and Eucorysses among others. Proper identification of all these Jewel Bugs is not simple and in many cases probably not even possible reliably from photos, so many images on the internet "identified" as Chrysocoris stollii will in fact show other species.References:
