Cyrtopogon sp. - Robber fly

I've been told there is a possibility that this is an unknown species and it may have made it's debut right here on Jungle Dragon. I'm making this list to keep track of it's journey either from unknown to identified or if I'm insanely lucky, work hard enough and find the right experts - recognized as a brand new species!
