Trash Bug - Family Chrysopidae
This is a lacewing larva! they predate upon other insects, especially aphids. They pierce their prey with their large mandibles and then suck out the liquefied contents. Lacewing larvae have hairy backs, which comes in handy because they stick the carcasses of their prey onto the hairs on their backs, thus creating a sort of macabre camouflage.
