These small strawberry like ascidian can become invasive as they grow on top of sponges, coral and other larger tunicates as here where they are on top of an Ox ascidian (Polycarpa aurata).

    1. Haha! and when you feel like switching to salty stuff you can then visit the olives:
      Not the fish but the sponges: Hairy olives - Stelletta clavosa This is an almost identical picture to the previous spotting were I added a record of the freckled hawkfish but somme comments on the spherical olive looking thingies where the fish is perched led me to look for their identity and guess what yes, they are called Olives! no wonder why, and they are tiny sponges of the species Stelleta clavosa.
