Dragonfly Adult Emerging from Nymph I spotted this dragonfly struggling to emerge from its nymphal exoskeleton this morning. This process always looks so horrifying that I feel the urge to help it along. I don&#039;t though because the struggle is important for the emergence of a healthy adult and it helps the hemolymph distribute properly.<br />
