Ootheca Egg case (already hatched), Ootheca of Phasmid/Stick Insect.<br /> Only Phasmids from the Tribe Korinnini lays Ootheca.<br /> There are 2 genus under Tribe Korinnini - Korinnis and Kalocorinnis.<br /> I have seen/documented Phasmid and Ootheca of Kalocorinnis wegneri and suspect the picture could be either of the species Kalocorinnis pulchella or another species yet to be described. Only Phasmids from the Tribe Korinnini lays Ootheca.
There are 2 genus under Tribe Korinnini - Korinnis and Kalocorinnis.
I have seen/documented Phasmid and Ootheca of Kalocorinnis wegneri and suspect the picture could be either of the species Kalocorinnis pulchella or another species yet to be described.
