  1. Nice try to identify the species Ragisha, but I don't think it is the correct one for a couple of reasons:
    Jerdon's jumping ant is a species of ant, which is only found in India and this one is most probably from Turkey.
    They have very long mandibles like pincers and much larger eyes than this one.

    I tried to identify this ant too, but there are too many species of red ants.

    On the other hand, if you have photos of these Indian jumping ants, it would be a nice introduction.
