Leaf miner - Cameraria ohridella? - 2, Heesch, Netherlands
I found another leaf infected with a leaf miner and figured to inspect it at high magnification (5x). Much to my surprise, the larva was still in there, actively feeding. As it sits in between the leaf tissue, it has this ghostly appearance, very hard to get in focus. I only took single shots, not stacks, due to the subject moving so much.
My theory is that this may be Cameraria ohridella, it matches the host plant and there's superficial visual resemblance. Not at all confident though.
