    Isn’t it beautiful?! The yellow-throated tanager (Iridosornis analis) is a colorful and aptly named bird. It sports a black face, rust-colored vent, gray belly, and a bright yellow throat that stands out against its otherwise bluish plumage. The yellow-throated tanager is a species of bird in the family Thraupidae. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
