Yet we have a situation. I was about to declare the genus complete, when much to my shock, I learn about a 5th species, the Golden-crowned Tanager.
Now what? How are YOU going to solve this, Thibaud?

The Golden-collared tanager (Iridosornis jelskii) can be found in the tropical montane forests of Bolivia and Peru. Like the other species in this genus, it is a resplendent beauty! {Spotted in Peru by JungleDragon moderator, Thibaud Aronson} #JungleDragon #Iridosornisjelskii #Goldencollaredtanager
