Scorpiops species thriving in sub zero temperatures of Himalayas I was surprised to see this Scorpion at the altitude of 1400m where Snow was recently melt and on every night I encountered these. Its very difficult to identify scorpions to species level (just from photographs), hence lets leave it to its genus which I confirmed from the one working on Scorpions of India.
