Anisops cf. sardeus No images to present with any pride.<br />
At first, I had this down for Anisops debilis canariensis (a subspecies with not too many images online), but now I&#039;m not so sure. It being a female, the size (7.5mm) is more likely for A. sardeus. Some of the characters from the the old revision of the genus (Brooks 1951) seem to fit better for debilis canariensis or even debilis perplexa while some are a better fit for sardeus ... questionable ....     1. Could be a good idea to have subspecies on JD (also for other taxa) but wait a little for this one as I may have made a mistake in identification :-/ It might be A. sardeus ... reading up on some new info I've just found ... Posted 5 years ago
