We&#039;ve had several sightings of this mystical paradise flycatcher but it took a lot of attempt and luck for it to finally move in a favorable position. <br />

I find this bird to be gorgeous. This one concerns a female, males look similar but have an incredibly long tail feather. These birds hunt for insects, sometimes together with other bird species in a so-called &quot;flock&quot;. Photographing birds in the low-light, thick vegetation forests of Andasibe, Madagascar is far from easy. We've had several sightings of this mystical paradise flycatcher but it took a lot of attempt and luck for it to finally move in a favorable position.

The Malagasy paradise flycatcher is a species of bird in the Monarchidae family. It is found in Comoros, Madagascar, and Mayotte. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
