Mushroom - Amanita sp. (Possibly Amanita sect. Lepidella)
I'm still trying to determine the species on this mushroom. I think it could be either Amanita bisporigera or Amanita aestivalis, but possibly neither.
Cap: ~30-35 mm tall; bald; sticky; smooth margin; white/pale yellowish(?), but with some orange discoloration
Stem: Equal; white; bulbous base; white annulus near top of stem; shaggy/fibrillose; no volva?
Gills: White; crowded; short gills present; partial veil covering gills
Habitat: Growing on the ground under oak
