Mushroom - Amanita sinicolava or Amanita vaginata
I think this is Amanita sinicolava, but it could also be Amanita vaginata.
Cap: ~5 mm; plane with a central bump; olive-tan; strongly lined margin
Gills: Whitish gray; barely attached; close
Stem: White with flattened fibrils; slightly tapered at apex; no ring; veil remnants at base
Habitat: Growing on the ground in a mixed hardwood forest
