This couple had large caps - the largest being 15 cm in diameter. Wondering if this is Amanita muscaria, yellow/orange form? Even though the caps looked fused, they had separate stems.

  1. Within the distribution of Amanita muscaria var. guessowii, so that would probably be your best bet. Do you have any other shots (of the gills/stipe/etc)? Posted 5 years ago
    1. I do Lisa - but the stipes are out of focus - on review it's not worth sharing, although I can see they are somewhat 'shaggy'. Posted 5 years ago, modified 5 years ago
