    1. Was yours as small as this Ernst? I didn't know they came this small, probably based on the 'normal' lacewings I see. Perhaps this was a juvenile. Posted 5 years ago
      1. Ruth, my one was only a fleeting moment. I didn’t even know what it was until I seen your photo. I was walking in a forested area near Beaudesert QLD when one landed on my shirt. I had the wrong lens mounted but also was not quick enough to catch it and photograph it later maybe.
        When I seen your image I realised what I missed.
