
The Devil's Bath
This eye-catching and awe-inspiring pool sits in a slight depression, likely created during a massive eruption from underground.
It is well out of reach of visitors but the majority of it can be seen clearly from above.
The bright green water and mud mix gets its colour from deposits of sulphur and ferrous salts that rise to the surface and float on top.
There was quite a palette of mineral hues we saw across the location such as oranges, blues and reds that signify other volcanic elements.
