  1. Nile Crocodile in Madagascar I don't like this photo at all, but I'll use this as a chance to talk about this specie in Madagascar. It's common in mainland Africa, yet very rare in Madagascar, only existing in isolated pockets in the north. It's special for being so rare, but also for being a lemur hunter hiding in caves. That's exceptional behavior for a crocodile. <br />

This specie was captured in a reptile park near Andasibe. It's actually a sub specie of the Nile Crocodile, but I don't know which one. Crocodylus niloticus,Madagascar,Nile crocodile,Pyreras Reserve

The Nile crocodile or Common crocodile is an African crocodile which is common in Somalia, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Egypt, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Gabon, South Africa, Malawi, Sudan, Botswana, and Cameroon. Isolated populations also exist in Madagascar and in Senegal.
