The top two photos show the rocksnail likely feeding on some barnacles. These two photos were taken a day apart... it didn’t move much. The lower two photos show an uninhabited shell to show the three wing-like projections that are said to allow the snail to land properly if dislodged from a rock by a predator while underwater. The large “tooth” can be seen projecting from the aperture.
