Labdia oxychlora
Telphusa longifasciella (this one seems more likely?). Maybe something in this genus? Posted 6 years ago, modified 6 years ago
Labdia oxychlora seems to have quite similar colors, but I'm seeing a difference in the color of the antennae as well as the thorax. Furthermore, Labdia sp. does not seem reported from Madagascar (although we should take into consideration that moths in Madagascar are poorly documented).
Telphusa looks very interesting. This photo suggests a strong visual similarity:

What I've found out so far is that Telphusa sp. has some reports from mainland Africa, yet none from Madagascar. iNat doesn't even have any observations outside NA.
It looks like ID-ing Madagascar moths will be tricky so I'm compiling a list of useful resources in the description of this list:
