Lurking hunter Wolf spiders are known for hunting down their prey.  A healthy population exists at the pond near my house, making it a good macro spot for me.   1. Love, love, love this shot! I removed the species ID for now because Venatrix pseudospeciosa appears to be an Australian species. Hopefully someone may be able to help with the ID though! Posted one month ago
    1. Sure no problem. I know it is a wolf spider just not sure about the species and Venatrix pseudospeciosa automatically came :-) Yup, there must be someone who could ID it. Posted one month ago
