TL: ~18 mm. This moth had totally different coloration than the one I spotted earlier this summer! FW was dark brown and had a green median area. PM area was blue, white, and brown. Host: Maple
Habitat: Attracted to a 395 nm LED light in a semi-rural area
The Baltimore bomolocha or Baltimore hypena is a moth of the family Noctuidae. It is found in the Eastern part of the United States, west and south to Wisconsin, Missouri and Florida and Texas.
