Leaf Mine - Unknown sp. I&#039;m not sure if these mines are considered blotch mines or linear blotch mines. They were made on the upper surface of a woody plant (Maybe Jewelweed, Impatiens sp.). I'm not sure if these mines are considered blotch mines or linear blotch mines. They were made on the upper surface of a woody plant (Maybe Jewelweed, Impatiens sp.). The frass seemed somewhat scattered.

I was thinking that they could be Cameraria sp., but that is a complete guess.
