    1. I expected it to be difficult - but I did a search for huckleberry leaf gall and it came right up. The photos were unmistakable. I think it's got good coverage because it affects ornamental bushes like azaleas and rhododendron as well as wild and cultivated cranberry, blueberry and huckleberry (which the above bush is - wild red huckleberry), so it's got a good amount of study into it's prevention out there on the web. The fungus is even named after this plant's genus - Vaccinium. I wouldn't say the above is specifically var. japonica... but that's what auto populated from the Wiki :-{ Posted 6 years ago, modified 6 years ago
