    1. Thanks Ferdy! The ID is wrong though, but I'm working on figuring out the correct one...Lisa suggested T. gibbosa, but someone on MO suggested T. aesculi. So, I'm deliberating... Posted 6 years ago

"Trametes gibbosa" is a polypore mushroom that causes a white rot. It is found on beech stumps and the dead wood of other hardwood species.
