Poison Champagne Amanita - Amanita crenulata group Cap: Pale tan; flat with a mushy center; smooth and without many remaining warts.<br />

Stem: white with chevron-like pattern, especially near apex;  enlarged bulb with a ring of champagne coloring <br />

This species is toxic and produces dramatic symptoms, similar to those of Amanita muscaria and Amanita pantherina.<br />
