Nigronia serricornis (Dark Fishfly) I found this insect wing on the bench at a campsite I was staying at this summer. My first thought was that it belonged to a species of caddisfly. After much searching, I finally found the insect species to which it belonged: Nigronia serricornis (dark fishfly). A bird must have eaten the insect earlier in the day while I was gone and left this wing on the bench.
